PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
You will develop and execute PS & BEER strategy for HoReCa channel with focus on premium outlets, with focus on the spirits and beer categories. Critical part of this role is to represent strong partnership to internal and external customer – to make strong 24/7 synergy with the core HoReCa Team.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing PS & BEER business strategy for HoReCa channel PL
- In charge of total PS & Beer performance in HoReCa channel PL
- Responsibility for key metrics (Sales, Distribution, Visibility, Events)
- Responsible for the team recruitment, development (from cocreating the plan to roll out across HoReCa Team) and team engagement
- Close cooperation with cross functional teams and key stakeholders: Brand Managers to develop and execute brand strategy and communication in ON TRADE channel, Out of Home Sales Manager, Beer Manager, Brand Marketing
- Servicing current Coca-Cola HBC customers with a focus on the alcoholic beverage portfolio
- Acquisition of new customers from the HoReCa channel
- Building and maintaining long-term business relationships.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Min. 10 years’ experience in alcohol category
- Min. 5 years’ experience in HoReCa sales channel
- Knowledge of premium HoReCa industry- experience from working in catering (Cocktail bars, Clubs) will be an advantage
- Team management experience
- English proficiency
- High presentation skills, high cross functional cooperation skills
- Willingness to travel.
