YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develops and implements Country and Baltics Premium Spirits Strategy 1y+ (Brand, Category, Channel and Activation marketing strategy - FINLANDIA)
Develops and implements process for evaluating effectiveness of marketing programs
Establishes routines with CCHBC marketing, commercial teams, finance and logistics and ensures alignment of PS Strategy
Drives brand equity, awareness and brand ambassadors, ensuring alignment of marketing mix behind agreed strategy
Develops internal and external communication approach for informing & engaging internal and external stakeholders (new launches, campaigns & brand events)
Develops strategic partnerships with brand owner marketing teams as well as advertising and media agencies
Plans and manages the Marketing budget for own area of responsibility per Brand, achieving relevant targets
Identifies opportunities through market insights & FS feedback from the market and drives initiatives leading to profitability
Ensures successful launching of all new products/categories & best practices sharing to total team

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

At least high school education, university degree is an advantage
Min. 5 years FMCG experience, brand management, alcohol category as a must have
Experience in leading international brands with multichannel activation
Channel activation, trade marketing, commercial background -will be an advantage
Can do attitude, capable to run effective cross functional cooperation ( brand partners, logistic, commercial team, finance)
Marketing Management knowledge & experience (consumer & trade)
Strategic agility and Growth Mindset
Strong drive for results & action orientation
Business judgment – decision making quality
Analytical thinking & synthesis to drive decision making
Building successful & mutual benefit relationships
English proficiency, both oral and written
