As part of the RGM team, as a Promotions Manager, you will be in charge of defining, monitoring, and course-correcting our promotional strategy, while also refining and adding to the tools that support our promotional strategy creation and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of the commercial promotional strategy for all trade channels according to the Annual Business Plan directions;
- Owner of the promo management process by keeping and coordinating the relevant promo routines;
- Periodic analysis of promo process performance and discount level at channel & customer levels;
- Thinks about, proposes, and aligns with all the internal stakeholders on designing the promo strategy – national level & channel specifics;
- Interact with retailers to develop common projects;
- Coordinate projects and research actionable insights for KA clients;

- 3+ years of experience in a similar position or other relevant knowledge;
- Solid knowledge of FMCG business, strong commercial acumen;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and analyze different sets of data;
- Process management – end-to-end thinking;
- Ability to evaluate and estimate the impact of any changes in the promotions process;
- Ability to correlate info from different sources and formulate hypothesis;
- Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerBI;
