YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures that processes meet business requirements in as efficient manner as possible
- Manages RED IR Audit Team performance through metrics and key performance indicators
- Controls and maintains accurate validation of image data collected with RED IR process via back-office audit process
- Ensures all quality checks and other validations are planned, executed and controlled as per defined processes and timelines
- Acts as an escalation point for the team on more complex or sensitive issues
- Provides coaching, development and motivation to the RED IR Audit team to enable each to maximize their individual and team performance
- Acts as a role model for CCH values
- Ensures that team complies with health and safety standards
- Works closely with the Country RED and DTPS teams to ensure process efficiencies and effectiveness
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- A minimum of 3 years of Data Management, Audit or Customer Support experience within a multinational environment and ideally at least 2-3 years of people management experience in a captive or outsourced shared services environment
- Exposure to complex projects requiring multi-functional team working
- Experience of managing high volume of data and reporting environment
- University degree in IT or a business-related subject
- Fluency in English
- Experience of a Shared Services environment or at least a multi-site business
