Master Data Business Insights and Data reports Analyst role is a part of MD CoE team / Centre of Excellence/. As part of the team, the role is responsible for on-time and accurate reporting of variety of KBIs of BSO Master Data stream. The role works on data visualization and Business insights and ensure that our Data projects are presented in an understandable; value added and easy for navigation way to our stakeholders and clients.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Influence improvement and optimization of Master data team reporting capabilities and structures.
- Provide ongoing support, addressing user queries and ensuring a seamless reporting experience.
- Conduct training sessions to empower end-users in utilizing reports and dashboards effectively.
- Adhere to data visualization best practices for creating impactful and meaningful visualizations.
- Be owner of developed dashboards and report and provide continuous support and maintenance.
- Develop visually compelling reports and Power BI dashboards to present key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Design, create, and maintain detailed and insightful reports for various stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for reports, dashboards, and data analysis processes.
- Perform ad hoc analyses based on business needs, providing timely and accurate insights.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Fluency in English - both written and verbal.
- Advanced excel skills.
- Experience with reporting and analytical tools
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or other reporting solution, willingness to learn Power BI
- Experience in visualize data reports.
- Familiarity with ERP systems will also be considered a plus.
- Experience in successfully managing variety of tasks and able to meet deadlines.
- Passionate about data maintenance and business processes.
- Team player, action oriented with attention to detail and accuracy.
- University degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent work experience
